The bathroom is complete with all sanitary ware, shower and a washing machine. The apartment has a small balcony from which you can enjoy an amazing view of the lake and the island of Montisola. The residence is also equipped with a swimming pool overlooking the lake (height of 140cm) whose opening depends on the internal regulations and the weather conditions. The clients of the apartment will be able to use a private garage.
