We had a lovely stay in this apartment, which exceeded all our expectations. It is an upper ground floor, so not many steps to the front door.
The location is perfect, close to the beach and to the town. The tram stops really close by and there is free parking in the beachfront car park nearby.
The apartment is well appointed. The living room is spacious and there is a nice view of the sea. Our bedroom, at the back of the building was quiet.
There is a selection of books and CDs in the flat which we enjoyed. We didn't watch TV, but its there if you need it. The kitchen has everything you might need.
There are deckchairs if you want to sunbathe. There's a flat roof that can be accessed from the childrens bedroom, but the garden is not accessible. However; even without this short-cut, the route to the beach is quick.
The owners were efficient and helpful during the booking process and refunded our deposit very quickly at the end of the stay. We were met by the cleaner, who was very helpful and showed us around.
Le Havre is a lovely city. The world heritage area is very interesting and beautiful. We found fantastic cafes and restaurants nearby, as well as a good selection of local shops.
We took some trips out of town along the Seine and to gardens in the vicinity. The tourist office is on the beach front and they can give you maps and leaflets.
The modern art museum is not to be missed.

Muito tranquila e muito segura. Lojas perto de Bayeux, mas veÃculo indispensável. A relação qualidade / preço difÃcil de igualar. Localização recomendo sem reservas. Esperamos voltar mais tarde.
Tendo lido a anterior avaliação de que lamentou a falta de contato com o proprietário, eu levei a minha sede em Paris para atender a enfrentá-lo diretamente, então eu não tenho esse problema. A casa estava limpo e convidativo.
Mas esses soluços depois tivemos um feriado maravilhoso e estamos felizes de voltar!
Fijne woning op een schitterende lokatie met een prachtig uitzicht!!
Een minpuntje was het gebrek aan serviesgoed zoals kopjes om te drinken,die hebben we zelf moeten kopen.
Ook het koffieapparaat was niet goed,de glazen kan was met tape geplakt dus kon niet worden gebruikt,gelukkig hadden we onze eigen senseo bij ons.
Maar op deze minpuntjes na hebben we een heerlijke vakantie gehad en komen graag nog eens terug!
